I believe it is ornate cast iron. Approx. 20+ pounds. 16" x 16" x 5". Gilded. 4 socket. Original cloth wiring. Looks complete, but needs re-wiring or restoration. The only one of this design that I found on Ebay. Insured Fed Ex Shipping based on zip code.
