Antique Miniature Hallmarked Silver Japanese Or Chinese Cloisonné Tea Basket

Antique hallmarked silver miniature tea basket with a tiny silver teapot and cup inside . There are cloisonné flowers on the interior. The basket is 1 3/8 inches wide snd 1 1:4 inches tall. The top is detatched from the body of the basket. So it could benefit from having the top reattached and it be polished. I am not sure if the hallmarks are Chinese or Japanese but you can see in the photos . I never saw anything like this in 50 years of collecting.
