Antique coin silver piece in excellent condition, over 150 years old. No scratches, dents, showroom condition. Approximately 260 grams, over 9 ounces. Rare form, nice Acorn and Oak Leaf pattern. Marked on bottom ; Jones Ball & Poor BOSTON PURE SILVER COIN It’s faint but it is there. The partnership firm of Jones, Ball & Poor existed from 1846 to 1852. Monogrammed one side, I read it as; S.D.S to L.B. Jr. Perhaps historical figures???? Ships insured and well packaged. Any additional information welcomed.
