These plates were crafted in 1910 when the Province of Silesia was part of Prussian (between 1815-1919). They are marked on the back with the green Silesia hallmark and the word "Silesia". Incised on their back are the number 172 over 8 and what appears to be "VI" which is most typically the pattern number from their "Old Ivory" collection.
