A Dutch 19th century, antique six candle, solid brasschandelier. This Dutch Farmer’s chandelier is unusual in that it disassemblesfor easy packing or storing. I lived in The Netherlands in the late seventies and wantAntique hunting on weekend. In a small farmer’s barn in Vassen about six milesnorth of Apeldoorn I found this true relic of the past. Each arm has been customizedand numbered for ease of assembling and disassembling. Guaranteed to be showstopperat Christmas or Hanukkah when decorated for the season. This extraordinary chandelier will make a noteworthy addition to your Library and when lit in the evening as the Dutch would say“it makes the room GEZELLIGE” {warm and cozy}.
