ABALONE SHELL VICTORIAN PAPIER MACHE SPECTACLE “FOX MOUTH” CASE WITH GLASSES

Specifications

Beautiful abalone inlay papier mache spectacle case with the glasses inside. They are silver metal octagonal reading glasses maybe a 100 to 200 strength. The temples/frame sides pull out to extend the length, then push in and fold to put back in the case. Amazing condition for age which I would estimate as 1900. The case was lined with velvet which is pretty thin now but still there.
