You get all 6 items. The antique shepherd is chalkware and he is minding his 2 baby sheep. He measures 3 inches tall by 1 inch wide. The antique two baby sheep are 1 1/4 inches long and 1 1/2 inches long. The antique scalloped toy wood block measures 1 3/8 inches on each edge. The "S" could stand for either the word SHEPHERD or SHEEP. The two bottlebrush trees are the only things that are new and measure 1 1/2 inches tall and 2 inches tall. All items are in good condition. The larger of the sheep might have some damage to one of it's ears. It is hard to see but I think that is why one of his ear's looks too short.
