Elegant Antique Victorian Rogers, Smith & Co. Silverplate Ladle Up for sale is a beautiful, large silver-plated soup ladle in the rare Lorne (1878) pattern. This piece features a stunningly ornate floral and scroll engraved handle with a distinctive fluted, shell-shaped bowl characteristic of the Aesthetic Period. Markings: Stamped "Rogers, Smith & Co." and "A1" on the back of the handle. Condition: Excellent antique condition with minor surface scratches consistent with age and minimal tarnishing (see photos). Monogrammed M in lovely script. Dimensions: Approximately 9.5” long. A fantastic addition for any collector of 19th-century American silverplate!
