Offering this wonderful old bronze ships porthole. Porthole retains original hinge and closure mechanism. Piece measures approximately 7" across the top of the swing plate, 8.5" across the backing plate and 6.25" across the bottom opening. It weighs 7.75 lbs. Piece retains original heavy glass and seal. All Parts are functional. I believe this is a Wilcox porthole. There are two indented circles stamped into the metal. Unfortunately the trademark or # can not be seen.
