Russett color leather 8 1/2" long by 1 1/4" wide--3/16" thick--Two straps plus four metal end retainers primed and finish coat of hammered black paint plus ------1-1/4" long tacks for fastening the leather to the wooden box and 3/4" brass tacks to fasten the retainers. The 1" nails should be placed vertically about 3/4" in from ends of leather which would position them under the retainers.-free shipping-- My feedbacks indicate that the buyers of these handles are very pleased--3/16" strap thickness is suitable for small or medium size trunks-- free postage
