Gorham "The General de Rochambeau Spoon and Fork.". Engraved " Rochambeau to Lt. Gov. Jabez Bowen 1780". Reproduction of the General's dressing spoon and fork. The original spoon and fork were given by General Rochambeau, who was about to leave for active operations with Gen. George Washington, to Mrs. Jabez Bowen, wife of the Deputy Governor of Rhode Island.
