Minton stamped within the Collier anchor. It looks like it was used as a wall plaque - due to the hanging wires. Originally painted as #574 and then corrected to #874. Minton & Cottier & Co. Daniel Cottier 1837-1891, a British glass artist and interior decorator, was influenced by the writing of John Ruskin, the paintings of the Dante Gabriel Rossetti and the work of William Morris.
