Original antique color lithographed 1875 map of Pataskala, Columbia Center, and Lima Township in Licking County, Ohio, printed more than 148 years ago. The map shows wagon roads, schools, churches, mills, and township and range lines. It labels property owners, with lot sizes in acres. It locates the Central Ohio Railroad, the South Branch of the Licking River, Joel Palmer's Sorghum Mill, the road to Columbus (today's Ohio State Route 16), two grist mills, and the Pataskala fair grounds. The map was compiled and drawn by L. Riddell, and the image area measures 14" x 13". It was published in 1875 by L.H. Everts in an atlas of Licking County and is an original, authentic antique map, not a reproduction or modern reprint, and it is fully guaranteed to be genuine. Condition: It is in excellent condition, bright and clean, with no rips, tears, or writing. Please see the scans and feel free to ask any questions. On the reverse side there are engraved views of a couple of Licking County farms and homes, as well as William Outcalt's American House Hotel in Pataskala, standing on a street corner next to Baird Brothers' Grocery Store, with the double tracks of the Central Ohio Railroad in the foreground.
