Among the named places and features are Rhodesia, Bechuanaland, Cape Colony, Durban, Bulawayo, Swaziland, Ladysmith, Lorenzo Marquez, Bloemfontein, East London, Basutoland, Port Natal, Tropic of Capricorn, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pretoria, Mussel Bay, the Great Makari-Kari Salt Pan, Port Nulloth, and the Blood River.
