Rare ‘British Insulated Cables Ltd’ Alternating Current Meter I found this disconnected and hidden behind an old cupboard whilst renovating my flat back in 2008. The flat was built out of an old Victorian house sometime in the 1970s and I believe this meter was disconnected and left behind the cupboard around this time. I should think it was originally installed sometime in the 1940s / 1950s. In spite of its age it is in fairly good condition. Would make a great Steam-Punk / Lamp / Clock project. A real vintage gem.
