Ottoman: 31" x 24" x 17" high. In good, structurally sound, and sturdy condition with very clean fabric EXCEPT there is a small faint stain on the backside of the back cushion, a small stain on the underside of the seat cushion, and a scuff mark on the bottom edge of the ottoman skirt (all as shown in the last 3 photos).
