Here is a 40 piece set of silverplated flatware in the Mid-century Modern FLAIR pattern, introduced in 1956 by 1847 Rogers Bros. International Silver. These pieces are in nice pre-owned condition with some light surface scuffs and scratches from age and use. There are no monograms, and I don't see any areas of wear to the silver. There may be a few tiny spots or pits that should lighten with further polishing. This set will blend beautifully with other Mid Century Modern decor as well as with present-day, simple designs. Finish is shiny silver-tone. Set includes:•8 dinner knives (silverplated hollow handles with stainless steel blades, each about 9 1/4 inches long•7 dinner forks, each about 7 1/2 inches long•8 teaspoons, each about 6 3/16 inches long•2 salad or dessert forks, each about 6 13/16 inches long•8 soup or place spoons, each about 6 3/4 inches long•2 sugar serving spoon, about 6 1/8 inches long•1 flat master butter knife, about 7 5/16 inches long•1 sauce ladle, about 5 5/16 inches long•2 serving spoons (tablespoons), each about 8 9/16 inches long•1 large casserole or berry serving spoon, about 9 1/4 inches long I lightly hand-polished this set (it's pretty easy to polish due to the simple shape), but you may want to polish it further. The small ladle does still have a bit of stubborn tarnish. It was not originally from the same set as the other pieces, and was therefore stored separately.
