PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BIDDING BUYING or Asking any QUESTIONS. 2 Vintage Custom Made Modern Style Stained Leaded Beveled Etched Frosted Privacy Tinted Tempered Insulated Glass Door Window Insert Panels with removable Wood Frame. I bought stainless hardware to hinge them together because I thought they would be cool to use as a room divider/screen. But I haven't put them on yet. If buyer wanted to use them for that, I would install the hinges before shipping. Size=21"x65"x2" With Frame. 19"x63"x3/4" Without Frame. Weight=60lbs a piece. If you're even remotely interested in purchasing, Please Ask for more detailed Photos! I already have them. Condition-Glass is in Excellent Pre-Owned Condition! With NO leakage around the insulation seal. No cracks, No breaks, No chips. Glass May have a couple very minor surface scratches from over 30yrs of use as a Front door. But nothing that can be observed with the naked eye even at close range. Frame- The painted oak wood frame is in Good Condition. But does have a couple screw holes on the side, that are NOT visible from the Front or Back. This amazing set of windows combines just about every technique and style of art glass that exists in each panel. They both consist of Stained Glass, Leaded Glass, Etched Glass, Beveled Glass, Swirl Glass, Frosted Glass, Privacy Glass, Tinted Glass and Tempered Glass, all together in each beautiful insulated panel. These Panels where originally installed in a set of exterior double doors. I removed the panels from the doors because the glass was way more elegant than the doors. The doors took away from the glass in my opinion. However I do Still have the doors. They are laminated Oak doors with Foam Insulation Core. The doors are available for $50.00pce if interested. Glass will drop right back inside the doors if one desired to do so. The glass panels consist of 3 layers of glass that have been sandwiched and sealed together as 1. The Art Glass Panel is weather sealed between the middle of 2 pieces of Clear Tempered Glass. So they are safe to use outside. Or can also be used in a Exterior or Interior Door and/or Wall. These Beautiful works of art can be safely repurposed to use in any environment you'd like. Without harming the integrity of the window. As you can see in the photos, They are intended to be used side by side with each other. But there's no reason they couldn't be used separately in the same home/building. The Windows were originally installed in the Artists personal home. The Artist's name is Dirks Thompson, Owner of locally famous Art Glass Gallery, Thompson Art Glass located in Brighton MI. They were the custom front doors of his own home located in Cohoctah MI. When new in the 1980's the cost was almost $6000.00 to custom make them. Honestly the photos don't do much justice for the real appearance of the glass. They look 100x better in person. I guarantee the buyer won't be disappointed. It's hard to capture every aspect of the glass in the photos. If you'd like to see more detailed photos, just send me a message and I'll get as many photos as you'd like. The 2pce wood frames they are in is Oak that has been painted black. And are held together with Stainless Steel Screw's. Currently Frames are only being used to help protect the edges of the glass. As is, Frames are NOT substantial enough to use as a hanging display. The frame itself will NOT support the hanging weight of the glass. The glass is very heavy! 58lbs a piece. Though they will work fine if being installed back into a Door. Please ask any/all questions you may have before purchasing. As well as inspecting all photos closely.
