A fine Victorian silver sugar sifting spoon with an Old English pattern handle. The bowl has pretty pierced decoration in the bowl. There are no engraved initials or crests. It was hallmarked in London in 1888, and has the maker's mark for the silversmith Wakely & Wheeler.
