The bad: The map have heavy, permanent fold lines (cross-folds) where they have been stored folded for decades. There is visible edge wear, some small tears along the margins, and light water staining/foxing (the brown spots) in the upper corners as seen in photos The Good: The central graphics, colors (the blue water contours and brown topography lines), and main map area are still very bright, clean, and completely legible.
