Item is for VINTAGE Antique BRASS HANGING FISH SCALE. Only writing is Patented Feb 13, 1912 USA. Believe to only go up to 10 pds?. There is a book on each end. Top one to hang it up and the bottom to hang fish from it. Weight of fish pulls down the section inside for reading. Unsure if accurate. Approx. 7" long from hook to hook. Approx. 3 /4" wide.
