Beautiful piece of history! Founded in 1880 to produce wood type for printers, Hamilton Manufacturing Company quickly expanded into other wood and steel products, including, printers' furniture, dental cabinets, and drafting tables. They are best known for their reputation for quality. Top has been partially refinished while preserving the characteristic tack marks from the previous artist. See photos.
