This is an original vintage (early 20th century) handcrafted solid oak stool, a little shorter than a bar stool, but probably used at a desk or other work application. The stool has a bold rustic wood grain visible, especially in the legs, and the entire piece is sturdy, solid, and fully functional. It has the handmade charm of being a little imperfect (the top is not perfectly contoured but is comfortable) and the saw marks on the seat bottom depict the use of a primitive saw and not modern machinery. There are a couple small cracks in the feet that are only cosmetic and no other damage. There are three rubber feet on the bottom, but that seems to be the right amount because it does not wobble.
