There is no obvious silver loss or cloudiness and reflections are clear throughout. The mirror is attached to a sturdy fiberboard back panel by three decorative square screws. The back panel is a little bowed outward along both sides, so there is a little gap between the glass and the back panel along the side edges (shown in the photos. ).
