For your consideration is a great sterling silver Aesthetic Period Flask, made by Whiting Co., circa 1880’s. Decorated with neat Acid-Etched Ferns and possibly Japanese Chrysanthemums? Flask has Ridges on sides to enable a good grip, and is made of heavy gauge silver. This curved Vest / Pocket Flask has a hinged screw on lid with a cork sealer. This Piece is in very good lightly used condition - only tiny issues being 2 minuscule hard to see dings on lid - see photos #11,12 -very minor. This piece has not been monogrammed.
