Zhu Qizhan: Hale and Hearty 8th Annual Show Catalog Chinese artist, Zhu Qizhan, was born in 1892 and passed away at 105 in 1996. His life spanned perhaps the most tumultuous is Chinese history. Firmly entrenched in Chinese and Japanese traditions, his work has slowly absorbed aspects of the Western tradition. Zhu Qizhan's works are very appealing to those less familiar with traditional Chinese art as well as connoisseurs. This catalog was produced by L.J. Wender, the New York gallery where Zhu Qizhan exhibited every spring for nearly a decade. It was produced for the fifth annual show in June 1993, when Zhu Qizhan was approaching his 102nd year. The catalog features 3 works, all illustrated in full color and most on full-page plates. ISBN Format Paperback Author Zhu Qizhan Publisher L.J.
