Notice is hereby given that a workshop only will be held by Winfall Town Council at the Winfall Town Hall on the 23 day of September 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Center, located at 100 Parkview Lane, Hertford, NC 27944 for the purpose of considering town business issues of importance. No comments are allowed during this time.
The public is welcome to attend. For information, please call Winfall Town Hall at 252-426-5015.

Town of Winfall Grant:
Mayor Preston White and council are proud to announce that the Town of Winfall has received notification of being selected to receive
a $150,000 grant by the North Carolina Environmental Quality. (DEQ) The Asset Inventory and Assessment (AIA) grant is designed to
help local government and nonprofit water corporations manage their water and wastewater systems better. The $150,000, over three
years from either the Wastewater Reserve or the Drinking Water Reserve, encourages projects that focus on checking the condition and
keeping a detailed list of important assets in the case of the Town of Winfall, its’ sewer system. The information that will be gathered will
help the Town of Winfall in planning for the future and making sure that the current sewer system will be well-maintained, financially sound and always ready to serve the community. This grant represents a significant step forwarding in maintaining and improving the infrastructure
that supports the quality of life for Winfall residents.
